(A) In addition to all other charges for water, the following charges shall also be made:

$1 per unit | For each unit of an apartment building |
$1 per mobile home | For each mobile home in a trailer park |
(B) These charges shall be made monthly and shall be added to and be in addition to the charges provided for under § 51.17 above.
