(A) There is hereby created the Calumet Park Emergency Services and Disaster Agency (ESDA), the purpose of which is to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action, or from natural or human-made disasters, in accordance with Emergency Management Agency Act, ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305, §§ 1 et seq.
(B) This ESDA shall consist of the Coordinator and the additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator.
