In addition to other charges, costs and fees which are due the Village of Calumet Park from any person, firm or corporation, a processing fee of $30 shall be charged to the account of any person, firm or corporation on whose behalf a check is tendered to the Village of Calumet Park in payment of any charge, cost or fee in the event the check is dishonored in the manner as provided by law.
