§ 36.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 36.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $500 and/or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
