§ 35.08 PUNISHMENT FOR NEGLECT OR REFUSAL TO OBEY SUMMONS OF COURT.
   The neglect or refusal to obey the summons of the court, or any lawful order made by it as here authorized, shall be punishable as now authorized by law for the violation of the orders and decrees of the Court.
