§ 35.07 DUTY OF POLICE TO ARREST ALL PERSONS GUILTY OF DISORDERLY CONDUCT IN POLICE COURT.
   It shall be the duty of the police to arrest and commit to the jail all persons guilty of riotous or disorderly conduct, or who may, in any manner, interrupt the proceedings of the Municipal Court, to be dealt with according to law, and every person so offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
