§ 35.06 POWER OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE TO PUNISH ANYONE UPSETTING ORDER OF COURT.
   The Municipal Judge shall and may punish, for contempt, all persons who may, in the presence of the court, be guilty of any riotous or disorderly conduct, and who may, in any manner, interrupt the proceedings of the court.
