The Council shall, from time to time, review, adjust and implement rates and fees for returned checks, public faxes and copies, any deposits and rental of town facilities as well as to set forth any fees for applications to Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, by way of resolution. Furthermore, the Council shall set forth and approve all rules and conditions governing the rental of town facilities and use of town equipment, by way of resolution.
