§ 31.30 TOWN CLERK/TREASURER TO ATTEND.
   The Town Clerk/Treasurer shall be ex officio clerk of the Town Council. The Town Clerk/Treasurer shall give notices of meetings, post the agenda, attend regular meetings, record votes of Council, keep minutes of Council meetings and perform other duties as may be assigned.
