(A) The regular meeting of the Council shall be held at the Town Hall on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless changed by a majority vote of members present at any regular or special meeting. The Council shall give written public notice of regular meetings of the Council at the beginning of each calendar year. The notice shall include the dates, times and places of regular meetings of the Council.
(B) Special meetings of the Council may be held on the call of the Mayor or a majority of the members of the Council. Notice of a special or rescheduled meeting shall be given as early as is practicable, but not later than 24 hours in advance of the time of the meeting by the Clerk/Treasurer. The public notice shall include the agenda, date, time and place of the special or rescheduled meeting and shall be given at least 24 hours in advance of the time of the meeting to all available members of the Council by the Clerk/Treasurer.
(C) All regular, special or rescheduled meetings of the Council shall be open to the public.
