§ 31.03 TERM OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL.
   (A)   The term of office for the Mayor shall be changed from two years to four years and the term of office for the Town Council shall be changed from two years to four-year staggered terms with the following provisions.
   (B)   No more than half of the Council and Mayor shall be elected in the same general election.
