§ 31.02 COMPENSATION OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL.

The Mayor and Council shall receive salaries as fixed by Council; provided, no increase or decrease in salary shall take effect during the term of Council in which the change is approved; provided, further, a decrease in salary shall take effect immediately if approved by unanimous vote of all the members of Council.
