§ 132.02 DISTURBING OR DESTROYING TOWN PROPERTY.

Whoever shall maliciously, willfully or negligently cut, mutilate, deface or otherwise injure any real or personal property belonging to the town, or used for any public purpose and not belonging to the town, shall be held guilty of a misdemeanor.
