(A) The town adopts, in their entirety, all provisions of state law pertaining to the sale of beer, ale, porter and wine, with particular reference to S.C. Code Ch. 61-6, as amended; and, the further regulations herein prescribed shall not conflict, in any way, with the state laws and shall be cumulative thereto and additions thereto.
(B) The regulations and laws herein prescribed are supplemental to the previous ordinances and laws providing for regulations of retail beer establishments previously adopted by the Town Council.
