§ 112.07 CONDITIONS.
   (A)   Every taxicab operated in the town shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be swept and dusted at least once a day.
   (B)   Every taxicab operated in the town shall be kept in a state of repair as may be necessary to provide for the safety of the public.
