(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to remain upon the premises of any recreational facility during the hours that such are closed to the public after being warned to leave by an officer of the Calhoun Falls Police Department.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon the premises of any recreational facility during the hours that such are closed to the public after having been warned to leave any recreational facility within six months preceding the date of the offense.
