Upon the written request by the owner or person in control of any lot or parcel of land within the town limits which in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, he or she may enter upon an agreement with the town to have the town clear the lot(s) for owners, the charge of services to be paid by the property owner into the town treasury.
(A) Land clearing of trees, stumps, brush, stones and other obstacles (building structures etc.) from the owner or person in control of any lot or parcel of land within the town limits
(B) The rate basic rate will be set by the Council that would be paid prior to service.
