For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BRUSH. All trees and shrubs under seven feet in height which are not cultivated and cared for by the person(s) owning or controlling the premises.
RUBBISH. All refuse, rejected tin cans, old vessels of all sorts, useless litter, discarded clothing and textiles and all other things naturally included in the term.
WEEDS. All rank or uncultivated vegetable growth or matter which is grown to more than one foot in height or which may give rise to unpleasant odors or noxious vapors, or which is liable to become an unwholesome or decaying mass or a breeding place for mosquitos or vermin.
