§ 95.14 CLEARING OF LITTER FROM OPEN PRIVATE PROPERTY BY TOWN.
   The procedure for the removal of litter from private premises and the charging of expense thereof as a lien upon the property to be collected shall be in accordance with the state statutes. The Police Chief shall be responsible for the implementation of this enforcement program.
