§ 92.01 APPROVAL OF NAMES OF NEW STREETS; CHANGE OF NAME.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to lay out any new street within the town without first procuring from the Council approval of the name to be assigned to the new street.

(B) No person shall change the name of any street, except upon consent of Council as indicated by resolution.
