§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of any provision of § 91.01 shall be a misdemeanor and punishment by fine of not more than $500 and/or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.

   (C)   A violation of any provisions of § 91.03 shall be a misdemeanor and punishment by fine of not more than $500 and/or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.

   (D)   Any violation of §§ 91.15 through 91.19 shall be a misdemeanor.

   (E)   (1)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 91.30 through 91.34, or fail to comply therewith, who shall violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail to comply with an order as affirmed or modified by the Mayor and Town Council, or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein, shall severally for each and every violation and noncompliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $100, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment. The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; and all persons shall be required to correct or remedy the violations or defects within a reasonable time; and when not otherwise specified, each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.

   (F)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 91.45 through 91.47 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 and/or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
