§ 71.02 OPERATION ON SIDEWALK OR PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY WITHIN THE TOWN LIMITS.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle upon any sidewalk or pedestrian walkway in the town. It is also unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle on any street, alley or highway in the town without having his or her hands upon the handlebars.
