(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A manner of driving offense, per § 70.04, shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $80, nor greater than $225.

(C) Any person violating § 70.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $50, nor greater than $175.
