§ 10.13 RECORDING, FILING, PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES.
   All ordinances passed by the Council shall be recorded by the Municipal Clerk/Treasurer in proper books with indexes. The originals shall be filed in the Clerk/Treasurer’s office and due proof of the publication of all ordinances requiring publication, by the certificate of the publisher or printer, shall be procured by the Clerk/Treasurer, and attached thereto, or written and attested upon the face of the record of the ordinance.
