For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
HOUSING SUBDIVISION. A tract of land which has been divided into smaller pieces, usually for the purpose of constructing residences which will be sold individually.
STREET or ROAD. A public road, way or thoroughfare, typically with houses or buildings on one or both sides.
