§ 135.10 ESCAPING FROM CUSTODY OR CONFINEMENT.
   It is unlawful for any person confined in the town’s jail or other place of confinement by the town or working upon the streets or other public places of the town in pursuance of any judgment, or otherwise held in legal custody by the authority of the town, to escape or attempt to escape from any such jail, prison or custody.
