§ 135.03 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE.
   It is unlawful for any person to impersonate any officer or employee of the town, to falsely represent himself or herself to be an officer or employee of the town or to exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of an officer or employee of the town without being so duly authorized.
