(A) Fee. The fee for registration shall be as set by the Town Board by motion or resolution.
(B) Registration and expiration. Applicants for certificates of registration as a plumbing contractor or journeyperson plumber, after complying with the laws of the state and with this code, and after payment of the registration fee, shall be registered by the Town Clerk-Treasurer. The registration shall expire annually but may be renewed from year to year.
(C) Renewal. All plumbing contractor registrations not renewed within 90 days after the date of expiration thereof shall be cancelled, and a new application for registration must be made and the fee for a new registration paid.
