§ 111.05 EXCEPTION TO CERTIFICATE AND BOND REQUIREMENTS.
   For the installation of bell, telephone or signal systems not using over 12 volts, no registration or bond will be required. The installation of the same must comply with all other requirements of the ordinances of the town.
