§ 74.10 VEHICLE PARKED IN AN INTERSECTION.
   (A)   Any unattended vehicle illegally parked in any street intersection shall be impounded.
   (B)   A disabled vehicle in an intersection, when the person in charge of the vehicle is present, shall be moved out of the intersection and to the nearest available legal parking space at the street curbing.
