§ 53.28 STORMWATER AND UNPOLLUTED DRAINAGE.
   No person may discharge to public sanitary sewers:
   (A)   Unpolluted stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff or subsurface drainage;
   (B)   Unpolluted cooling water;
   (C)   Unpolluted industrial process waters; or
   (D)   Other unpolluted drainage.
