§ 51.11 GARBAGE SERVICE CHARGE.
   For the purpose of providing funds for the maintenance of the garbage service of the town, and for other purposes, the Board of Trustees shall establish rates, charges, deposits and fees for utility services by ordinance, motion or resolution, as the case may be. A copy of the current rates and charges shall be available in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
