(A) When a public sewer becomes available at the property line of a person living within the boundaries of the town, the building located on the property shall be connected to the sewer within 30 days and the septic tank formerly used shall be disconnected and its use terminated.
(B) The owner shall make the connection and pay the fees set by the Board of Trustees. All rates, charges, deposits or fees shall be established by ordinance, resolution or motion, as the case may be. A copy of these fees shall be available in the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
