For the purpose of providing funds for the maintenance of the water service of the town, water tap fees and for other purposes, the Board of Trustees shall establish rates, charges, deposits and fees for utility services by ordinance, motion or resolution. A schedule of charges for the use of water service to be levied and collected for the use of water inside and outside of the corporate or town limits each month. A copy of the current rates and charges shall be available in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
