(A) When an applicant makes their application for service, in addition to the security deposit, the applicant shall pay a customer service fee that the Board of Trustees shall establish. This fee shall be established by motion, resolution or ordinance. The fee shall be for inside and outside of the town limits for water service hookups or connections.
(B) This fee shall not be refunded. In the event that an applicant moves within the service area of the town, another customer service fee shall be required, which fee shall not be refunded.
