(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances. (B) Violations of the rates and rules of the Town Public Works Authority, adopted and incorporated by reference in § 50.01 of this chapter and fully applicable as if set out at length therein, are punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
