(a) The position of Waste Water Line Superintendent is hereby established.
(b) The Waste Water Line Superintendent shall act as Waste Water Plant Superintendent in the absence of the Plant Superintendent.
(c) The Waste Water Plant Superintendent shall act as Waste Water Line Superintendent in the absence of the Line Superintendent.
(d) The hourly compensation shall be paid out of the Waste Water Operations Fund at a rate of a Superintendent’s wage, with consideration of the appointed employees license class in accordance with the Salaries and Wage Ordinance.
