(a) The Board of Public Affairs may appoint one of its employees to the position of Waste Water Collection Foreman.
(b) The Waste Water Collection Foreman shall be in charge of and be responsible for all sewer collection systems in the service area. The Waste Water Collection Foreman shall perform those duties set forth in the job description set down by the Board and the Plant Superintendent.
