244.01 VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTERS' DEPENDENTS FUND.

Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 146, there is hereby established a Volunteer Fire Fighters' Dependents Fund to be administered by a Volunteer Fire Fighters' Dependents Fund Board which shall be composed and have such powers and duties as set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
