242.07 METER PERSON.
   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Meter Person.
   (b)   The duties of said employee shall be as set out by the Mayor in executive order number dated March 1, 1980.

   (c)   The compensation for such employee shall be determined from time to time by Council and shall be payable biweekly from the General Fund.
