(a) On and after June 1, 1990, no person shall be required to deposit money in a parking meter.
(b) Parking at all metered parking spaces in the Village shall be limited to two hours and no person shall leave his or her vehicle parked in any such space in excess of such time.
(c) Anyone who violates this section shall be fined three dollars ($3.00) for each violation. Each two-hour period in which a vehicle is parked in excess of the permitted time shall constitute a separate offense.
