454.02 PARKING WITHIN MARKED LINES OF METER SPACE.

No person shall park a vehicle in a parking meter space in such a way that the vehicle shall not be entirely within the limits of the space so designated by marked lines. (Ord. 79-10. Passed 12-4-79.)
