(b) The fine for violating any part of Section 452.03 shall be as follows:
First offense: $10.00
Second offense: $25.00
Third offense: $50.00
Each additional: $50.00
Offenses will be charged on a daily basis.
(c) The fine for any person who violates Section 452.04 in reference to handicap parking shall be raised from fifty dollars ($50.00) to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(d) Any person obstructing official police business will be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(e) Any person exceeding 60 days without payment will be charged an additional two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
