(a) Parking at all designated parking spaces in the downtown area shall be limited to two hours. No person shall leave his or her vehicle parked in such space in excess of such time.
(b) Designated parking areas shall be as follows:
West Street, from Bridge Street to Spruce Street;
Cumberland Street, from Bridge Street to Spruce Street;
North Street, from East Street to the second alley on North Street by the Baptist Church; and
Main Street, from East Street to the second alley on Main Street by the Family Practice Doctor's Office.
(c) Designated parking times will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, except on designated National holidays.
(d) Whoever violates this section shall be fined three dollars ($3.00) for each violation. Each two-hour period in which a vehicle is parked in excess of the permitted time shall constitute a separate offense.
