1408.04 STATEMENT OF CONDITION OF BUILDING AND RECOMMENDATIONS.

Whenever a majority of the Building Inspection Board is of the opinion that any building or structure in the Village is a dangerous building, the Board shall file with the Village Clerk a written statement to such effect stating the condition which makes it dangerous and its recommendations for abating such condition.
