1402.01 ENFORCEMENT BY COUNTY.

The Clerk and the Mayor of the Village are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Washington County for the administration and enforcement of the Ohio Basic Building Code within the corporate limits of the Village, whereby the Washington County Building Department shall exercise all administration and enforcement authority necessary within the Village.
