1066.02 FISHING; SWIMMING; BOATING.
   (a)   No fishing shall be permitted except from the shoreline of the Reservoir.
   (b)   No bathing or swimming shall be permitted at the Reservoir.
   (c)   No boating shall be permitted at the Reservoir.
