(a) Required. No person shall fish at the Municipal Reservoir without first obtaining a permit or license therefor.
(b) Application and Fee. Applicants for a fishing permit or license shall apply to the Clerk at the Municipal Building. The permit or license shall be issued upon payment of the fees set forth in Chapter 206 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule. (Adopting Ordinance)
(c) Display. No person shall refuse to exhibit his or her fishing permit or license upon request of any Municipal official.
