1062.03 CEMETERY OPERATION FUND.

(a) All interest from investments derived from the Cemetery Perpetual Care, Cemetery Endowment, and Cemetery Operation shall be placed in the Cemetery Operation Fund and used for the operation and maintenance of the Cemetery of the Village.

(b) Grave spaces sell for two hundred dollars ($200.00) each. At the time of each sale, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be placed in the Operation Fund and fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be placed in the Perpetual Care Fund.
