The fees for collection and disposal of refuse shall not exceed an amount as set forth in Chapter 206 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule - for the following classes:
Class 1. Retail food establishment
Class 2. Restaurants
Class 3. Mercantile establishments
Class 4. Drug stores
Class 5. Tourist courts and trailer camps
Class 6. Industrial plants
Class 7. Filling stations
Class 8. Barber shops and beauty shops
